Hi All, DY Patil has started Online MBA. Can you please advice on how effective it will be in terms of learning and gaining knowledge to accelerate in career.

Disha Arora 10th Jun, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

DY Patil is ranked within the top 200 MBA Colleges in India, hence if you intend to do a regular program there – it will be an acceptable choice.  If due to the crisis they have started their course online to avoid any delays in learning, then that is a step forward to ensure time is not lost.  This is a good initiative on the part of DY as once the crisis is over you can get back to regular classes and the benefits of regular study.

In you want to take up DY’s online MBA program, we will definitely advise you to look at other top ranked Online Universities before taking a final decision:

  • Sikkim Manipal University  of Distance Education – Gangtok

  • Indra Gandhi Open University (IGNOU) – Delhi

  • Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning – Pune

Online study is no longer given a total step motherly treatment as it is gaining a lot of traction among students and employers.  Definitely class room study is better but if you are a working individual the such online classes become career accelerators.  Also online courses gives you the flexibility to learn what is important for your job and so learning is much more specific and useful.

Good Luck!
