UPSC conducts civil services exam for the recruitment of candidates in Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS). IAS exam is conducted in three stages - prelims, mains and interview. Candidates who clear the prelims exam will be called for mains exam and interview.
The application date for civil service exams 2018 is not yet released yet. The notification generally comes in the month of Feb and expected is in Feb 2018 for Prelims.
