The minimum eligibility to get a bachelors degree is 12th pass as you have not done the same so as per UGC norms you are not eligible for udergraduate programs. So I would suggest you to get admission your 12th first and then get admission in UG course.

In order to appear for UPSC Civil services you should be between age of 21 and 32 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for some categories including SC, ST, OBC and PwD.

You can choose any degree as per your marks and interest. If you have selected your optional subject - go for a degree in that subject - it will help. Read newspaper daily (atleast editorials). And try to cover GS (Static part) - ncert (geog., history, economics, polity, sc.). If
