  • If your main aim is to prepare for upsc then you can get admission in any good college and can opt bsc course.You can start your upsc preparations together with bsc course.
  • You can opt for that subject for bsc course in which you are interested.Both physics and mathematics

The minimum eligibility to get a bachelors degree is 12th pass as you have not done the same so as per UGC norms you are not eligible for udergraduate programs. So I would suggest you to get admission your 12th first and then get admission in UG course.

In order to appear for UPSC Civil services you should be between age of 21 and 32 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for some categories including SC, ST, OBC and PwD.
