Congrats for getting this result. What you can do now is if you think that you want to be an IAS then I will suggest you to go for Bachelor In Arts.

You can take majors Political science or sociology.

Any undergraduate degree is good for appearing inUPSC Exams.

It really doesnt matter from what educational background you belong if your preparation is good and you have in depth knowledge.

There is no specific percentage it depends on interest of the student. IAS student should have knowledge of economics, Finance, administration and Strategic planning. Taking into all facts the approximate percentage would be 30%. This because students don't prefer much to IAS nowdays.
