Hello Naina, See the ONLY candidate eligible for the UPSC who have done Graduation or pursuing final year from any recognized college or university (UGC/ AICTE approved). So, if NCWEB is UGC or AICTE approved then yes you can give UPSC Exam...

Yes, you are eligible. The exam council does not specify any particular subject in graduation for qualifying. Do keep awareness about subjects other than History for the personality test and interview, though.
