1)complete your schooling and take any stream in class 11th 
2)then go for graduation 
3)give upse exam when you have completed 21years of your age
4)first step will be prelims which consist of two papers and 200 marks each

first of all you should take admission in such a college where attendence re so necessary.

and choose your subjet what you want.

mostly students choose History honers.

and then take admission in any recognised coaching center which have reular batch for UPSC.
