Staff Selection Commission Junior Engineers Exam
The most important things that were to be kept in mind were-
1)The photo should be in JPEG format(20KB to 50 KB)
2)The photo should be coloured.
3)Photo dimension should be about 3.5 cm(width) x 4.5 cm(height)
4)Date on which the photograph is taken should be mentioned.
The photos in which the date was not mentioned will be rejected and applications with blurred pictures will be rejected. These were the points(date and dimensions of the photo) where emphasis was given so according to me uploading picture wearing specs would be fine unless there is a flash of the camera seen on the specs or if the eyes are not visible properly.
Was your application accepted? Plz reply.

Your application will not be rejected. The level of qualification that you are talking about can be modified by logging in with your credentials in the official login portal of SSC. After logging in you can see 'modify registration' tab click on it and click on edit you can change your level of education and save the change. It is to be noted that you can modify the registration for two times only for each application you are applying so please be careful and double-check everything.
As per the eligibility criteria for SSC JE candidates are required to pass degree or diploma in relevant field of engineering as on or before 1st January, 2021 so if your exams aren't conducted, there is no way you can fill in marks details, and hence you cannot apply for this time, try for it after graduation that's the only way, the chances of your exams being conducted and results being out within the stipulated time period of application fill up is quite less, so it's better you try for next time.
