see before entering the examination hall , security officials check the name written on admit card and your identity card. and this will really cause a problem at the examination hall. please send a mail to ssc comity and describe your problem. there is also telephone number given on official websites. see if they provide you a new admit cards.

this year on 2019, staff selection commission junior engineer exam will be held on between 23 september to 27 sepetem. admit card will be released before 1 week of examination. you can log in the ssc portal and can check your date of exam and center. for all latest updates check the official website also follow careers360 website for further updates.

Technically you can appear for both the exams and thus you will have more opportunities. It depends on your choice which one you want to opt if you have good technical knowledge then go for SSC JE otherwise go for SSC CGL. It all depends on you.

Only Computer science students can't apply for the SSC JE Examination. Redt all other Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical engineering students can apply for this examination. Candidates should have a degree of graduate/ diploma in above three branch.
