See Character Certificate is issued only once by the college authorities and for SBI Clerk or PO you can appear for number of times until and unless you reach to the maximum age limit so it is not possible to issue Character Certificate many times. Therefore character certificate which was issued to you 2 years back is still valid for either SBI Clerk or SBI PO. Note that such certificates and other documents like marksheets, certificates of class 12th and 10th examinations, etc are only required in counselling and all these are issued only once so don't worry, you character certificate is still valid.

No, you are not eligible for sbi po 2021 examination with your date of birth with your date of birth
This is because,
To be eligible for sbi po 2021 examination, one needs to be at least 21 years old as on 1st April 2021 , but you fail to fulfill this with your date of birth in October 2000 as you will be 21 years old in October 2021 i. e after 1st April 2021 and thus you are not eligible for sbi po 2021 examination.

* you need to be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University
* Lower age limit is 21 years while the upper age limit is 30 years as on 1st April 2021 for sbi po 2021 . There's relaxation of 3 years for obc and 5 years for SC/ST on upper age limit

I hope you very good . I am very sorry to inform you that for to be eligible to give exam of sbi-po you should have atleast graudation degree or equivalent degree from a recongized university . However, now sbi prescribles their is no minimum percentage for it but it should be bachelors. So you are not eligible for the exam, I am verry sorry

According to the SBI PO 2021 eligibility criteria, the academic qualification required is graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. So yes you will be able to give SBI PO exam. The minimum age limit is 21 years while the maximum is 30 years. There is upper age relaxation given to candidates who belong to reserved categories. Candidates in the Final Year/Semester of graduation can also apply however, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination during the interview round.
