Yes, after clearing CBT 1 in the RRB NTPC (CEN No. 5/2024) exam, you are eligible to appear for CBT 2. The candidates who qualify CBT 1 will be shortlisted for CBT 2, which focuses on specific knowledge related to the applied post. Stay updated with official notifications and prepare according to the syllabus for the post you applied for.
No its not okay to upload BC certificate instead of OBC certificate as rrb NTPC clearly defines the rules of obc certificate which states that the certificate must be issued by an authorized authority, such as a District Magistrate, Collector, Deputy Commissioner, or Revenue Officer and it must be under non creamy layer.
You should obtain certificate of obc non creamy layer then apply to rrb NTPC to avail the benefit of reservation quota.
Moreover,the difference between certificate is that Other Backward Classes certificate is issued to communities listed as OBC by the Indian government and BC are only recognised by government of india which is not accepted by many exa

Visit the region-wise official websites of RRBs
Select your respective region
Chose the option ‘RRB NTPC Roll Number Forgot Link’
The next page will be open
The RRB will ask you for some details
Enter your name, father’s name and date of birth
Enter registered mobile number
RRBs sent an OTP at the registered mobile number
Enter the OTP at the appropriate place
Now click on the ‘Submit Button’
The Registration ID is sent to your registered e-mail ID.
