For NDA age limit is 16 to 19 years. To join NDA minimum 10+2 or intermediate is required. If he completes 10 th this year then he can complete 12 th standard in 2024.

According to NDA eligibility 2023

For NDA-I, candidates should have been born between 2nd July 2004 and 1st July 2007.

For NDA-II, the age of candidates should fall between 2nd January 2005 and 1st January 2008.

At first I would want to mention that caste or category does not matter in NDA at all also if you are from commerce background you are only eligible for Indian army and not Air force, Navy. If we talk about last year's cutoffs, it was around 343
