No, you are not eligible for NDA -2, 2023 and also not eligible for 2024 with your date of birth in October 2004
This is because,
To be eligible for nda -2,2023 examination , you should have born between 2nd January , 2005, to 1st January , 2008 but
If you are in 10th in 2022. You will pass 12th in 2024.
With your mentioned date of birth , you will have 3 attempts after 12th
