Do not take any tension for exam. Your confidence will build up when you will start doing maths more and more. Firstly clear your concept and start doing practicle. After that take previous years question papers and solve them. When you will get answer than automatically tour confidence

No only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA exam. As per eligibility criteria, candidate's age should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years and have passed 10+2.

I would like to suggest you to give equal time to your boards as well as your NDA.
If you really want to crack it then join a coaching for the same.
You should spend a daily of 2-3 hours in preparations of boards and a 2 hours
The basic requirement for NDA is knowing what to study as the syllabus is pretty extensive and try to avoid unnecessary burden by studying from many different sources.
