NDA (National Defence Academy) exam is niether tough nor easy, it all depends on how well you are prepared for the exam.
NDA Exam consists of two paper namely Paper 1 [Maths (120 ques) ] and paper 2 [General Ability (150 ques) ].
Time given for each paper is 2.5
