i'm sorry that you cannot give NDA 2019,since it requires the educational qualification of 10+2.

the candidates should have passed in their +2 board exam with physics,maths(compulsory) for air force and navy selection.

Dear Student,

A candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

No you cannot apply for NDA after 10th class.

The eligibility criteria For the Army wing of National Defence Academy is that you  should have passed Class 12.

Whereas For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy you must have passed class 12 with Physics and
