Yes you have to give math even you don't have mathematics in you 12th std. NDA is the national exam which has same syllabus for everyone who are willing to write. You may have mathematics upto your 12th std so it's not a big deal to do

I would like to tell you that the eligibility criteria for NDA 2019 is that the candidates should be born not earlier than July 2, 2000, and not later than July 1, 2003. 

So in this case you are not  eligible to apply.

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for NBA, after completing their class 12.

But girls cannot join defence after completing thier 12, if your aim is defence then complete you graduation so that you can appear for various defence examinations.
