No The question paper will be same for all. 

The final merit list will be disclosed based on the total marks scored by the candidates in written examination, and service selection board (SSB) Test in three separate list

1) Army and the Navy

2) Air force

3) Executive

Yes of course you can appear for NDA examination if you fulfill the below eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age.
• Candidates having appeared or appearing in class 12 (10+2) examination are eligible to appear. 
• Male candidates who are unmarried can apply for the exam.

STAGE1:After 10+2 you can join ina through upsa nda examination or tes(technical entry scheme),one should have pcm in 10+2 you apply for this entry,there is no written exam,candidates are shortlisted on the basis of cut off in %

To last 10 years analyses one should get at least 35% in each paper of NDA , out of 900/380+ marks must and in individual papers cut off marks goes like- In maths one should must score 130+ and in GAT Score must be 280-300+

Yes you're right NDA is not the only option to join Indian Army or Indian Defense Forces. There plenty more options and exams by which you can join Indian Defense Forces like CDS, UES, TGC and for AFCAT for Indian Air Force and plenty more exams are there

yes you can give nda exam but maths is mandetory because the syllabus for NDA exam includes maths also,you have no chance to quit maths.Maths is very simple if you are perfect in formulae please try to solve maths pblms to get good score in NDA.
