NDA is a national level defence Exan organized by UPSC for the
recruitment in the posts of Indian Army,navy and Airforce.
Eligibility criteria for NDA is 10+2 with mthematics and physics,
biology student can also apply but only for Army.

UPSC has not prescribed any minimum or required percentage to apply for NDA. In order to apply for NDA, you must be between 16.5 to 19.5 age and have appeared or appearing in class 12 examination. However, those appearing/ passing class 11 exams are not eligible for the exam.
Sorry to inform you this but UPSC will not accept any request regarding change in the exam centre of NDA.

The age range for NDA 2 2019 is from 2nd Jan 2001 to 2nd Jan 2004. The actual date of birth mentioned in your matriculation certificate will be taken as final. No other certificate or affidavit will be accepted. The candidates must be unmarried and only male candidates

The eligibility criteria says that you should have passed your 10+2 from a recognised board. As open schools are also a national board, it is aceepted as ling as you have the paasing certificate from NIOS.

Yes, you can become an engineer after entering NDA.
You have to select Army or Naval academy which gives an option to study engineering, if you take airforce they are more into pilot training.
There is also a technical entry for the army after 10+2, clearing which you can get
