Yes, to qualify NDA written exam, candidates need to secure minimum qualifying marks in both the papers of NDA- Mathematics and GAT. So, you need to score minimum marks in English which is the part of GAT.

A candidate can give NDA(National Defence Academy) Exam if 

he has passed 10+2 from a recognized Board.

No, this is not possible in NDA ,you have to first crack the NDA(National Defence 

Academy) Exam then you will be able to give SSB Interview.

Percentage in class 12 does not matter in NDA ,just a candidate 

should have passed in 12 .
