If you are an art student then you are eligible for only Army wing of NDA.
It doesn't matter even if you are an Arts student and doesn't have maths you will still have to prepare maths and GAT for NDA
This is because,
NDA examination pattern and syllabus and everything is same for everyone irrespective of what you have studied in your class 12 and whether you had maths or not

NDA/NA Examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice a year in the month of april and december to select young boys and girls in indian armed forces as officers.
Medical standard of eyesight for NDA is as follows-
A candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.
Glasses are allowed in NDA medicals

Congratulation, you are eligible for NDA 2023.
According to the NDA age eligibility requirements, applicants must be between the ages of 16 and 19 in order to sit for the NDA exam. Candidates who were not born on or before July 1, 2007, but before July 2, 2004, are eligible to take the 2022 NDA Exam. Candidates for the NDA 2 exam in 2023 must have been born between January 2, 2004, and January 1, 2007. You are qualified for NDA because your birthday is26 November 2004.

The Union Public Service Commission prescribes age limit forn appearing in NDA exam as 16.5 to 19.5 years. You can have an idea from this year's eligibility criteria of NDA exam regarding age. As per the UPSC regulations, applicants born between June 2, 2003, to July 1, 2006, can apply online for the National Defence Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy (NA) 2022 exam. Those belonging to the reserved category are eligible for NDA age relaxation as per the rules set by the UPSC.
The only thing I can say is that please donot listen to others and look up in the official website to get the correct information.

The NDA examination is held in two phases. Both of them has different eligibilty criteria.

As your DOB is 1 May 2004 you are not eligible for both the examination in 2023.

Application form for NDA I will be released from 21st December 2022 & for NDA II it will be made available from 17th May 2023.
Applying candidate age should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years.
For NDA I, the candidate must be born between 2nd July 2004 to 1st July 2007. For NDA II, the candidate must be born between 2nd January 2005 to 1st January 2008.
For NDA 1, you will be eligible in 2023 but unfortunately you will not will be eligible for NDA 2 in 2023

Sorry to say but you will be disqualified in NDA medical examination because of your bent band bone,however in case of fracture only you may get selected if it doesn't make problem in doing any physical tasks.
