As you mentioned only CET so I prefer it as a KCET as the college is in Karnataka that is Devnagere. The cut offs of for colleges changes year to year but generally the cut offs must be nearly same to that of last two to three years

For ENGLISH -

NDA exam is conducted twice a year and minimum age limit to give exam is 16.5-19.5 years, so as per your date of birth you are not eligible for next 4-5 years. Exam is conducted in two rounds, first one exam which consists of general aptitude test and mathematics
The minimum age required to appear in NDA is 16.5 years and the upper age limit is 19.5 years. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+@ with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects. This is to get admission in Indian Naval Academy and Air Force

PCB students can not apply for NDA examination, for this you have to study PCM in 10+2th level. But if You really want to join defense then complete graduation and apply for UPSC examination. You can join there through UPSC.

Yes you are eligible but only for Army Wing of NDA as the eligibility criteria for Army Wing of NDA is that candidate should be 12th passed by State Education Board or a University there is no mention of any particular subjects but for Air Force and Naval Wings

It is not compulsory to give your improvement exams for class 12th. The marksheet of improvement exams is also different from original one. In case if you get less marks also in improvement exams the best of two will be considered. So yes you can take admission into IIT/NIT
