A candidate should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses.

Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism.

Greetings aspirant!

Any male candidate from any stream is eligible to pursue NDA exam . Exception is when you want to join navy or airforce for that subjects like physics nd mathematics are compulsory. For army their is no restriction of subjects.

Yes 12th appearing students can give examination for NDA. For NDA, student must have physics, chemistry and maths as subject in 12th. NDA examination is conducted by UPSC. Students appearing in 12th are also eligible.

I want to give NDA ,I it necessary to study Physics and Chemistry of class 11th and 12th.Because have taken Commerce I cant study physics and chemistry along with my Commerce subjects . You won't have any problem as long as you want to get into Army wing because the eligibility criteria for  Army Wing of NDA the candidate should have 12th passed by State Education Board or a University. But if you are interested in Air Force and Naval Wings then

To be eligible for NDA, you should be between 16.5-19.5 years. For being eligible for NDA 2022, you should have been born between July 2nd 2003  to July 1st, 2006. This is for NDA 1. For NDA 2, you should have been born between January 2nd 2004 and January 1st,
