No, the UPSC NDA is not postponed. The UPSC conducts the NDA exam every year in two sessions i.e. NDA 1 and NDA 2. The NDA exam date is mentioned in the annual calendar. Also, the exam date will be provided in the NDA admit card .

Every year NDA conducted in two phase NDA 1 and NDA 2. In every phase around 5 to 6 lacs students appear and only 6k to 7k student qualify the written exam and called for SSB interviews by respective boards.

According to the eligibility criteria prescribed by UPSC, candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age. Candidates having appeared or appearing in class 12 (10+2) examination will be eligible to apply for NDA.

The candidates having been born between 2nd July 2001 to 1st July 2004 are eligible for the examination(I suppose you were born on 19th August 2002 hence you are eligible as far as age is concerned). This year due to the pandemic both the exams of NDA 1
