If you get a seat then you have to pay seat acceptance fees of Rs 20000 (GN) for participating in next round . Otherwise you are out of whole counselling process.

Cut off changes every year for NDA. The cut off for NDA 1 2019 was 342 marks out of 900 marks in written exam and final cut off was 704 marks our of 1800 marks (written+SSB).
For NDA 2 2019 the cut off was 346 marks out of 900
