The eligibility parameter for NDA preferable is the corrected distance vision of better eye has to 6/6 and for the worse eye it should be 6/9. Myopia must not be greater then -2.5D and should not be greater then +3.5D.

For INDIAN NAVY & AIR FORCE. MPC in 12std is compulsory and For INDIAN ARMY any stream will work.
