The age limit for NDA is 16.5 and 19.5 years. The candidates born between 1 January 2002 to 1 January 2005 is for NDA 2020 which changes every year. For NDA 2023 the candidate born between 1 January 2005 to 1 January 2008 will be eligible for NDA 2
The eligibility is that you should be in age 17.5-19.5. So according to the info you provided , you will be 19 on 2022 and thus you are eligible for it.
