Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) mentions the eligibility criteria of NDA in the official notification.
As per the eligibility criteria stated,one must be between the ages of 16.5 and 19.5 years to be eligible to appear for the NDA examination.

You can join Indian Air Force after 12th through NDA route. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts entrance for candidates who want to join National Defence Academy. NDA exam is conducted twice a year in all major cities. Educational Qualifications is 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics.

First of all you are not eligible to appear for NDA (National Defense Academy) exam, conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission). You will be selected in two wings through NDA exams i e.-

1. The Army Wing of NDA

2. The Air Force and Naval Wing of NDA
