would KAS be effective after the abrogation of article 370? does it work as it was doing before and would it continue to recruit kAS officers as it had been doing before?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 22nd Sep, 2019
Dear Abid, Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission or JKPSC  is responsible to conduct all exams on behalf of state government. This is not just unique for the State of Jammu and Kashmir but every State has its own Public Service Commission that conducts the relevamt State's examinations. So the Status of Article 370 will not have any impact on this Institution. Everything will continue to be normal on the recruitment part.
