IBPS PO and SO is national level online test conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for recruitment of candidates for Probationary Officer and Specialist Officer post in Public Sector Banks and Financial organisation like EXIM Bank, NABARD, etc. As you have done your graduation in BCA therefore you are eligible for appearing PO exam only subject to condition that you are between 21 to 30 years age. For IBPS SO in IT you have to 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications or Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ leve

The corrected scores obtained by each of the candidates in different sessions (if held) will be normalized using equi-percentile method. Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for the purpose of calculations of IBPS PO Cut off.

IBPS PO 2018 prelims exam is scheduled to be held on October 13, 14, 20 and 21 while IBPS PO 2018 mains will be held on November 18. Personal Interview will be conducted for qualifying candidates in the mains exam. IBPS PO Interview will be conducted after the declaration of mains result in December 2018. The interview is expected to start in the mid of January 2019.

Therefore the time gap between IBPS PO mains exam and interview is about two months. You have to download IBPS PO Interview Call Letter within a specified time period. Documents required along with the call letter are given below:

• Printout of the valid Interview call letter
• Printout of the online application form of IBPS PO
• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB
• Photo Identify Proof
• Mark-sheets or certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc.
• Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates. Candidates belonging to OBC certificate
• Disability certificate if applicable

Practice is what matters when comes to bank papers. Speed with accuracy is what you should concentrate on, because there is no use of doing 80 questions out of 100 with 60 percent accuracy, rather attempt 65 or 70 questions out of 100 with 90 percent accuracy. Be prepared for the worst and the toughest paper you can imagine, because the level of the mains was very tough this time.
