IBPS PO eligibility criteria for PWD category - According to the government of india norms, people with benchmark disability are eligible for reservation under section -34 of "The Rights of person with disabilities act ,2016" and the categories of disabilities eligible for reservation as per the act are mentioned below-
1.Deaf and hard of hearing.
2.Blindness and low vision.
3.Mental illness, autism, specific learning disability, intellectual disability and locomotor disability which includes palsy ,dwarfism, muscular dystrophy and acid attack victims.
4.People having benchmark disabilities will be assigned with the reserved vacancies as per the "Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016".

The age of candidates wishing to appear in SBI/IBPS PO should be between 21 to 30 years as of April 1, 2022. For example, for SBI/IBPS PO, the official advertisement said that candidates must have been born not later than 01.04.2000 and not earlier than 02.04.1991. However, there is also a provision for age relaxation for certain categories of aspirants which are as follows-
If you belong to the UR/General category, then you're not eligible for SBI/IBPS PO 2023 exam.

IBPS PO is not a home based test. The exam will be conducted online at the exam centre. Your exam centre will be mentioned in your admit card. You will have to go there and give the exam. You don't need to carry a laptop or a phone. The test center will have computers and you need to give an exam on these computers. The IBPS PO application form 2022 will be released tentatively in August 2022 and aspirants are able to apply for the IBPS PO 2022 till the last date. IBPS PO 2022 preliminary exam will be conducted on October 15, 16 and 22, 2022. The IBPS PO 2022 mains exam is scheduled to be held on November 26, 2022.

You can submit and affidavit for mean time but note that affidavit is not for permanent duration but it is for temporary time period so you can submit it during document verification of IBPS PO but apply for the new one as soon as possible because ultimately you will have to submit the new certificate with proper name.

SBI PO have the lower age limit of 21 years. Its required that the candidate must be of 21 year as on 1st April,2023. So you aren't eligible as on 1st April,2023 you will be 20years 11months 30 days. You will be eligible for the examination from the SBI PO 2024.
