If I have 2 years of experience working in a bank as a ibps clerk will I got bank job in foreign country ?

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 25th May, 2021
Hello,

Ot depends on which country you want to will move to and what kind of work you wish to do. If you want to do general work in any country then yes definitely you can get a job since you are graduated but if you will look for job of qualified profession then it won't be easy for you to get that job because clerical job experience in not given much weightage in other countries and especially the developed ones.

I hope this helps.

Hi,

The key thing to success is to understand and learn from your mistakes since there is no pint in crying over spilt milk. You have realised that you didn't do your part well and hence couldn't do well in your exams. Now what you have to do is focus and concentrate and study for the next exams with full dedication. Do not get demotivated. Do not underestimate yourself and loose confidence. Take it as a challenge and make sure that you work well and come out successful.

To be able to study well you need to have good concentration. I understand it becomes really difficult to concentrate on your studies, specially during this time.

Below I will share some tips that will help you to concentrate better:

  • Find a time which is best suitable for you to study. Some find it better to concentrate in the morning while others find they can do better in the night.

  • Decide what portions you would like to finish in that particular day

  • Prepare a timetable according to the above, keeping slots for breaks

  • Start studying with your favorite subject, so that you don’t get bored from the beginning itself

  • Take breaks when you get bored, and try to avoid studying at a stretch for a longer duration.

  • Always keep some time apart for your hobbies, exercise, etc.

  • Eat healthy food, sleep well and also socialise. A healthy mind is the most important for good concentration

  • Do some mind games like Sudoku, Crossword puzzles, Chess, etc

  • Also try meditation

Following these I am sure you will be able to improve your concentration

Good Luck

Hello Aspirant,

First of all you need not get this disheartened just because you were not able to score well in IBPS Clerk Prilms. A score does not say your level of intelligence.  Bank exams are usually very competitive. Every exam will test a candidate's basic language, quantitative, reasoning and GK and every such competitive exam will have different level of difficulty and clearing cutoffs based on the job position , number of vacancies and the number of applicants. So the preparation should be according to these factors. Therefore, along with good preparation , there bit of a luck factor involved. Even aspirants who prepare very well might have to give multiple attempts to clear one such exam. So the only reason why you could not reach the required score is due to the lack of appropriate and effective preparation. Preparation for IBPS clerk is not that difficult. If you follow an ideal strategy, you will definitely score better. Everyone will have their own strong and weak areas. Focus on your weak areas in each section and improve those topics before stepping into your strong areas. Use the internet source where several free learning platforms are available to understand the basic concept. After that you need to take daily mock tests and past year papers to monitor your preparation. If you follow a disciplined study routine , you will not require more than 2-3 months to overcome your difficulties.  If a banking job is your dream, then there are several other exams coming up. You can prepare and clear them easily. Else ,if IBPS Clerk is your only aim , then  start preparing from now  you can definitely clear it next time. You are just 21, you have enough time to prepare and clear the exam you want. You can visit the below link to get preparation tips:

You should not break your rigour and keep on trying. You can make yout weakness strong but you have to be sincere about.your studies and your life as well as preparation strategy. So you don't bother about it and dont waste anymore time thinking that you are weak.

Make yourself strong.

I have done B.Sc in hotel management so, can i seat for bank exams like SBI PO, SBI clerk, IBPS PO, IBPS clerk, RRB, etc.

theeanonymous 16th Jan, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Yes, you can. As far as bank exams(Probationary and Clerk posts) are concerned , any candidate in age group of 20-30 can sit for the exam if he/she has a valid undergraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Based on your category reservation ,you will get age relaxation too which you can check in detail in the exam's eligibility section. Coming to RRB ,the following are the exams:

RRB Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Exam

Under Non-Technical Popular Categories, there are many posts like:

Commercial Apprentice

Station Master

Goods Guard    an dmany more.

Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist    .

Senior Clerk Cum Typist    Deg

RRB Junior Engineer (JE) Exam

RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Exam

RRB Group D Exam/RRC Level 1 exam

So in railways , you can apply for non technical posts which require either graduation or 12th qualification. Technical posts will require technical degrees such as engineering as qualification ,so you may not be eligible for that. The average age limit for the various exams is at 18 minimum and about 32-33 years at maximum. Similar to bank exams , the age relaxation is provided to some reserved categories. Therefore , kindly go through the complete eligibility criteria for all posts to find out which is apt for your level of qualification.
