TGT stands for Trained Graduate Program , this title is given to teachers who have completed their graduation and are training for teachers. These candidates must complete there B.Ed/M.Ed/D.Ed which is mandatory.
On the other hand, PGT is the acronym of Post Graduate Teacher which is a criterion to become a teacher. Candidates must qualify the postgraduate exam along with completing the B.Ed/M.Ed. While CTET stands for (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) , which is a competitive exam conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), after qualifying the CTET exam, candidates will be able to join Kendriya Vidyalaya or Navodaya Vidyalaya.

I hope you got your answer.
There is no age restriction, however, candidate must be minimum 18 years of age. Candidates will have to fulfill different eligibility according to their wish to be a Primary or Elementary Teacher. The basic eligibility for the exam is a graduation or a 2-year diploma in elementary education with minimum 45-50% marks.
There is much difference between TGT and PGT .
Candidates having graduation degree with B.Ed are eligible to teach in 1–8 .
Candidate thanks having post graduation with B.Ed are eligible to teach from 11–12. ( Lecturer in inter colleges and other government schools)..
After having B.Ed degree you need to qualify CTET ( central teacher eligibility test) to be a teacher in central government as well as state government schools. As CTET validate in kvs , dsssb and other state teaching exams. After CTET you don't worry about your state TET.
There is no need of CTET to be a PGT.
Just Post graduation and B.Ed is sufficient .
