UPSC CDS exam is much more diverse and difficult exam than SSC CGL english and GS of CDS is much more difficult than of CGL exam. In CDS there is 5days SSB interview which is far difficult than of 2nd stage CGL exam. Actually we can't compare CGL first stage

    As far as NEET is concerned the MCQs are mostly based on NCERTs(especially Biology and Inorganic Chemistry)

    For Physics - You can Avoid NCERT and Focus on Bengali Medium Books. If you have Time then it would be better to study Modern Physics from NCERT.

    If a student is qualified in CDS in English n GK but not in maths... would he be called for ssb for OTA Chennai instead of IIM??
