For officers training academy (OTA) the age must be in between 19 to 25 years and for Indian Naval Academy, Indian military academy and Air Force academy the age must be in between 19 to 24 years.So to know whether you are eligible or not kindly check the date
You haven't mentioned in which discipline you have completed your graduation and there is no minimum aggregate requirement.If you have done your Engineering in you bachelor's degree level then you are eligible to go for Indian naval academy and Air force academy provided that you have done your 10+2
