It is not a hidden fact that English language has a slightly higher edge over Hindi language(with due respect to Hindi). However it is not a bad thing if you give your BPSC exam in Hindi because in the end what matters is your selection after BPSC exam. So

Hi Nitish!

Every year Bihar Public Service Commission (Bpsc) recruits thousand towards government. And they gets the services like  Dearness Allowances, House Rent Allowances, City Transport Allowance, and Medical Aid, from the side of government (excluding salary). There is nothing such mention of guards.

The two posts which you mentioned Deputy Collector (DC) and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) are not different. SDM is a post given to administrative officer below level of district. A district is divided into several Sub-Divisions (tehsils) and the head of those sub-divisions is called as SDM. The
