How to select preferred bank from the IBPS bank list ?

While selecting the preferred banks, candidates must keep the certain things in mind, like location, vacancies in each bank, work environment, growth perspective etc. More the number of vacancies, more chances will be there for being selected since more vacancies mean lower cut off. However, candidates can select their bank or exam of their choice for their careers growth.
