Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can fill the application form of IBPS PO 2019. The examination authority has released IBPS PO application form on August 7, 2019 in online mode. Candidate must fill the application form of IBPS PO within the allotted time frame. Along with filling the application form, candidates must also pay the requisite application fee as per their category. The stages in filling IBPS PO application form 2019 are as follows:

Before filling the application form, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of IBPS PO. The eligibility criteria are the minimum requirement that must be fulfilled by the candidates before they apply for the test. The candidate must be computer literate as the mode of examination is online. The candidate must also have proficiency, both verbal and written in the language of the state or the union territory.
However, the authority has provided certain age relaxations to the candidates belonging to the reserved category which can range from 3 years to 10 years.
All those candidates who fill the application form successfully are issued the admit card of IBPS PO. Candidates will be able to download IBPS PO admit card by using registration/roll number and date of birth/password. The admit card of IBPS PO will contain details like the name of the candidates, roll number, registration number, date and time of the test, exam centre details, etc. Candidates must bring the admit card to the exam centre on the day of the test along with one of the prescribed valid photo ID proofs - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport. It must be remembered that no candidates will be allowed to appear for the test without the admit card and ID proof.
IBPS has released the list of IBPS PO exam centres along with the notification. Exam centres of IBPS PO are the venues where the exam is conducted. Candidate can select their preferred exam centre while filling the application form. The details related to the allotment of the exam centre are intimated to the candidates through the admit card. All those candidates who will qualify in the mains exam will have to further appear for the Interview round. The interview will be conducted for 15 to 20 minutes and will carry weightage of 100 marks. The questions from the topics related to the banking sector, general awareness, current affairs, etc.
IBPS prescribes IBPS PO 2019 syllabus to help the candidates know what to study for the exam includes all the topics from which the questions are asked in the examination. The questions will be asked from sections – Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, General/Financial Awareness, and Computer Aptitude. IBPS has released the cutoff of IBPS PO prelims exam along with the scorecard on November 8, 2019. IBPS determines the cut off of IBPS PO for each stage – Prelims, Mains and Interview category wise. Candidates have to secure sectional as well as overall IBPS PO cut off to qualify each stage of the recruitment process. IBPS PO cut off 2019 of each stage is released sometime after the result. Candidates who will score higher marks in the mains examination, single online exam and interview will be placed at higher ranks in IBPS PO merit list and amongst those having high ranks will be allotted to any of the participating banks.

In IBPS PO prelims, there are a total of 100 questions each carrying 1 mark. In preliminary exam, there are 30 questions in english, 35 questions in quantitative aptitude and 35 questions in reasoning ability. There is a sectional cut-off in all the 3 sections which you will need to qualify separately as well as the overall cutoff. As a result of this, every year the cut-off changes. In 2018, the cut-off was 56.75 for general, 55.50 for OBC, 49.25 for SC and 41.75 for ST category. So try to solve correctly more number of questions as there is a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
