The BOB PO exam is conducted in three stages – Online examination, Psychometric test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD/PI). Candidates who will qualify all the stages of recruitment will have to undergo nine months of Post-Graduate and Certificate programme in Banking and Finance in Bank of Baroda. BOB PO Exam Pattern 2019 – Online examination

The online examination of BOB PO will include objective as well as the descriptive type of questions. In objective type, there will be four sections - Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and General/Banking/Economy awareness carrying a total of 200 marks for 165 questions. In the descriptive section, candidates will have to write one essay and one letter for 50 marks. Total time allotted to complete the whole test is 3 hours. One-fourth of the marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

 BOB PO Exam Pattern 2019 – Psychometric Test

Candidates who will qualify the online exam will have to undergo a psychometric test that will be conducted in the first week of September 2019. In the psychometric test, candidates will have to complete an assessment test within the certain time limit. It is important for the candidates to complete the test in order to appear for the next stage of the selection process. However, the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in online examination and GD/PI.

BOB PO Exam Pattern 2019 – Group Discussion/Personal Interview (GD/PI)

Candidates qualifying online test and the psychometric test will have to appear for GD/PI. All the selected candidates will have to download their call letters from the link provided above on this page (once it is released by the exam conducting body). While appearing for GD/PI, candidates might be asked questions related to banking and finance, current events, general awareness etc.
