    JPSC Eligibility Criteria 2020

    The JPSC eligibility criteria consists of the academic qualification and age limit for candidates who wish to apply for the exam. As per the age limit the maximum age is 35 years for General category candidates while the minimum age depends upon the post which candidates want to apply for. For instance, it is 20 years for Jharkhand Police Service, 21 years for Jharkhand Financial Service, Jharkhand Administrative Service, etc. To know the details eligibility criteria of JPSC, refer to the table below;

    The minimum age limit criteria of JPSC is 21 years while the maximum age criteria are 35 years. However, there will be age relaxation provided to candidates belonging to reserved category. In the following table, we have shared the post-wise age limit criteria as well as the category-wise age relaxation.

    As per the academic qualification, candidates must be graduate in any discipline to apply for the exam.

    JPSC Application Form 2020

    The application form of JPSC will be released in online mode and candidates will have to fill the form in online mode only. While filling the application form candidates will have to enter their personal details like name, father's name, DOB, etc apart from this details they will also have to upload their academic qualifications and pay the application fee in online mode as well.

    JPSC Admit Card 2020

    Candidates who successfully apply for JPSC will be issued the admit card in online mode. Candidates will have to carry their admit card along with a valid photo ID proof to the exam centre on the exam day. Those who will fail to carry the admit card along with the ID proof will not be able to appear for the exam in any circumstances. The admit card will have all the important details related to the exam like - name of the candidate, roll number, exam centre details, the address, the reporting time of the exam and exam day guidelines.

    JPSC Exam Pattern 2020

    As per the exam pattern of JPSC 2020, there will be two papers in prelims and 6 papers in mains exam. JPSC 2020 exam will be conducted in offline mode. The type of questions will be objective type in preliminary while it will be descriptive type in the mains exam. There will be no negative marking in the exam. The preliminary exam will consist of 400 marks and will be of 2 hours while the mains will be of 1050 marks and there will be 6 papers in it. The third stage of the exam, personality test/Interview round will be of 100 marks.

    JPSC Syllabus 2020

    The JPSC syllabus is a vast one and candidates appearing for the exam will have to have a strong command on History, Geography, Economics, Science and Technology, National and International current events and especially Jharkhand state-specific questions (General Awareness, History, Society, Culture, and Heritage).

    JPSC Question Papers 2020

    JPSC will release the question papers of the exam after the recruitment is over. The question paper will be released in online mode on the official website. The question paper will be released subject wise for each paper and candidates can download the previous year question papers to practice for the exam and understand the question paper pattern, question trends as well as the difficulty level of the question. JPSC question papers work as the best study material if you plan to prepare for the exam.

    JPSC Answer Key 2020

    The answer key of JPSC will have the question IDs and correct answer to all the question asked in the exam. By checking the answer key of JPSC, applicants will be able to calculate their marks and predict their chances of qualifying the exam. The combination of the answer key as well as the previous year question papers will help candidates to prepare better for the exam in an efficient way.

    JPSC Result 2020

    The exam conducting authority will release the result of JPSC in online mode for each stage. Candidates qualifying the preliminary exam as per the result of JPSC will be able to appear for the mains exam. Those who qualify the mains exam will be able to appear for the final stage of the exam which is the personality test/interview.

    JPSC Cut off 2020

    JPSC cut off is the minimum required marks that candidates need to score to qualify each stage of the exam. The cutoff marks are prescribed by JPSC and those candidates who score equal to or more than the cut off marks will be able to qualify for the next stage of the exam. The JPSC cut off is released by the exam conducting body on its official website category-wise.
