BOB SO Result 2019 - Bank of Baroda (BOB) has declared the final result of BOB SO for the post of Wealth Management Services – Operations (MMG/S-II and JMG/S-I). As per BOB SO result 2019 data, a total of three candidates have provisionally selected. For JMG/S-I, one candidate has been selected whereas, for MMG/S-II, one candidate has been selected and also one candidate is in the waiting list. Earlier, the authorities had released the revised BOB SO result 2019 for the post of Legal (MMG/S-III and MMG/S-II) due to reduction in the number of vacancies. The revised BOB SO result 2019 for online test has been declared on May 23, 2019. Bank of Baroda Specialist Officer result been released in PDF format wherein the roll numbers of only the qualified candidates is mentioned. Earlier, BOB SO result for online test was announced on April 30. A total of 2238 candidates had qualified in the exam.
The authority releases BOB SO result for two phases – online examination and interview. The BOB SO result 2019 (final) is announced after calculating the marks obtained in both online exam as well as the group discussion and interview.
BOB has also released the schedule for interview for the post of Legal (MMG/S - III and MMG/S - II). As per the recent notification, the interview for MMG/S - II) will be held on June 3 and 6 in New Delhi and Mumbai whereas for the post of MMG/S - III, the interview is slated to be conducted on June 7, 2019, in Mumbai respectively. Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/Group Discussion &/or Interview.
Candidates will be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/GD &/or PI depending on the number of vacancies, cut-off in each test and total marks secured in the online test as decided by the Bank.
Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for the interview.
In case more than one candidate scores equal cut off marks (common mark at cut off point), then such candidates will be given higher rank according to their age. This means that the candidates with higher age will be given higher rank and this is how the tie will be broken.
Psychometric Test/GD/PI will be conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, level of communication, clarity & problem-solving innovativeness, level of efficiency, willingness to work in any part of the country, suitability for the post etc.
The minimum qualifying marks for GD/PI would be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category. Candidates not clearing the GD/PI will not be considered for final selection. The combined final scores of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by them in online test and/or PI and/or GD (as the case may be). GD &/or PI scores of the failing candidates or barred candidates from the interview or further process shall not be disclosed.

For those selected under Regular basis - At present, initial monthly CTC at the initial level of Junior Management Grade/ Scale I, and Middle Management Grade/ Scale II & Scale III, including DA, Special Allowance, HRA, CCA and all perks and benefits like quarters facility, in lieu of HRA, for Officers; Conveyance; Medical Aid; LTC; etc., admissible as per rules of the Bank, in force from time to time are approximately Rs. 68,000, Rs. 84,000 and Rs. 1,00,000 per month, respectively in a Metropolitan Centre. Allowances may vary depending upon the place of posting.

An Ex-serviceman candidate has to produce a copy of the Service or Discharge Book along with pension payment order and documentary proof of rank last / presently held (substantive as well as acting) at the time of interview. Those who are still in defense service should submit a certificate from a competent authority that they will be relieved from defense services, on or before July 2, 2019
Candidates serving in Government/quasi-govt offices/Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) are required to produce a ‘No Objection Certificate’

Bank of Baroda careers include the recruitment of Specialist Officers. However, for a candidate to be recruited, there are some stages of the selection process of BOB SO. These stages of BOB SO selection procedure include appearing in the online test for the posts in Scale I, Scale II, and Scale III in disciplines of Legal, Wealth Management Services - Sales & Wealth Management Services - Operations followed by Interview of shortlisted candidates. But, if the number of applications is more/less, then the bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria/interview process. Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge for 50, 25, 50 and 75 marks respectively, however, each section would have the equal number of questions – 50. The test has to be completed in 2 hours. Apart from the English section, questions from all other sections are available bilingually – Hindi and English. 0.25 or 1/4th marks are deducted for each incorrect answer in the online test. This means that there’s negative marking.
The bank reserves its right to call for the GD/ PI, candidates in a ratio, at its sole discretion. Based on their performance in the online test, candidates shall be called for GD and/or PI. Candidates have to secure a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/Group Discussion &/or Interview. Candidates not able to clear GD/PI will not be considered for final selection. While appearing for GD/PI, candidates have to produce valid prescribed documents.
