    BOB PO Application Form 2019 - Bank of Baroda will release the application form of BOB PO 2019 in June along with the notification. The application form of BOB PO will be available online only. Interested candidates must fill and submit the BOB PO 2019 application form within the prescribed dates. The application process of BOB PO 2019 will include multiple stages such as online registration, filling up basic details, uploading of photograph and signature, payment of application fees and printing the application form.

    Selected candidates in BOB PO will have to undergo a 9-month course conducted by Baroda Manipal School of Banking. After completion of the course, candidates will be awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance and will be offered appointment in the Bank as Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade/Scale I.

    The application form of BOB PO 2019 will be available online only. Before filling up the application form candidates must go through BOB PO eligibility criteria.

    Candidates can check the procedure given below for filling the application form of BOB PO.

    Step 1: Registration

    • This is the first step of BOB PO application form 2019.

    • Candidates seeking admission for the exam need to register by entering their name, contact details, email ID and security code.

    • After successful registration, candidates will be provided with a registration number and password. The same will also be sent to their registered email ID and mobile number.

    • Candidates should keep the registration number and password safely till the recruitment process is over since they will need the credentials for downloading admit card and checking their result.

    Step 2: Uploading of scanned Photograph and Signature

    Candidates after registration should upload the scanned images of photograph and signature as per the dimension prescribed by BOB. The uploaded photograph and signature should be clear. The size and dimension of the photograph and signature are given below.

    Step 3: Filling up basic details

    This part of BOB PO 2019 application is divided into three stages:

    • Basic

    • Qualification/experience/ Languages known

    • Preferences

    Basic: Candidates in this part will have to enter details such as category, category code, domicile, number of attempts, religion, preferences of centre etc.

    Qualification/Experience/Languages known

    • Candidates should enter the date of passing eligibility examination should be the date appearing in the mark sheet issued by the university.

    • The percentage of marks shall be arrived by dividing the total marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all the semesters.

    • Candidates in this part of BOB PO application form 2019 are also required to enter their work experience and languages which they can read, write and speak.

    Candidates here will have to select their choices of banks according to their preferences.

    Step 4: Preview of BOB PO 2019 Application Form

    • Candidates after filling the application form of BOB PO 2019 should preview the same before final submission in order to ensure that all the data entered are correct.

    • Applicants can also make corrections in the details in this part.

    • They should note that no changes in the application form will be entertained after final submission.

    Step 5: Payment of application fees

    • Candidates will have to pay their BOB PO application fees online through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. After a successful transaction, fee receipt will be displayed on the computer screen.

    Guidelines for Photograph and Signature

    Below is the detailed guidelines for uploading of photograph and signature:

    • The photograph must be a recent passport style color picture.

    • Make sure that the picture is in color, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background.

    • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.

    • If the picture is taken on a sunny day, have the sun behind you, or place yourself in the shade, so that you are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows.

    • If you have to use flash, ensure there’s no “red-eye”.

    • If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.

    • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable, religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.

    • Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)

    • Size of the file should be between 20kb – 50kb.

    • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no of colours etc during the process of scanning.

    • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink Pen.

    • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.

    • The signature will be used to put on the Call letter and wherever necessary.

    • If the applicant’s signature on the answer script at the time of the examination does not match the signature on the Call letter, the applicant will be disqualified.

    • Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred)

    • Size of the file should be between 10kb – 20kb.

    • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb.

    • Signature in capital letters will not be accepted

    • Scanning the photograph & signature

    If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.

    While filling in the online application form, candidates will be provided with a link to upload his photograph and signature. Candidates must note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including the name of the candidate, category, date of birth, address, mobile number, email ID, the centre of examination, etc. will be considered as final and no change/modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form.
