DSSSB Exam Pattern 2021

As per the exam pattern of DSSSB 2021, the test is conducted in two-tier exams. one tier exam consisting of topics from various subjects like General Awareness, Mental ability and reasoning ability, English Language & Comprehension, Hindi Language & comprehension, Numerical Aptitude & Data interpretation. Candidates who clear the Tier I exam will have to appear for another round which is further divided into tier I consisting of the same topics as above and tier-II consisting of descriptive type tests based on the subject chosen by the candidate. The last round is the skill test.

DSSSB PGT Exam Pattern 2021

The question paper contains 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) of 200 marks. Candidates need to complete the paper for a duration of three hours. The DSSSB question paper is divided into two sections as explained in the table below:

DSSSB Exam Marking Scheme 2021

  • One mark is allotted for every correct answer marked in the exam

  • 0.25 marks are deducted for every incorrect MCQ answer

  • No negative marking is done for descriptive questions in the exam

DSSSB Exam Pattern 2021: Important Points to Note

  • The question papers of DSSSB 2021 for all posts will be bilingual (Hindi and English) except for the language papers which will be conducted in the concerned language only

  • In case, the number of candidates who have registered for the postcodes and who have to appear in tier-II exams is less, the board at its discretion may not conduct the Tier-I exam and directly take the tier-II paper

  • Skill test or endurance test is normally an interview round taken as per the requirement of job applied by the candidate
