Candidates who clear the written exam part of the CDS selection process advance to the SSB interviews which includes various other subsections such as Psychological test, Group Testing Officer Tasks (GTO), and Personal Interview. Shortlisted candidates who clear the CDS 1 written exam and the SSB interview are instructed by the training academies under Army/ Navy/ Air Force for a period of 1.5 years. After the training period, the CDS candidates are recruited into the Indian Armed Forces as Lieutenants or Flying Officers. The CDS Salaries of such officers range from Rs. 56,100 and Rs. 2,50,000, depending on rank and experience.
The CDS 1 result 2024 is expected to be released 15 to 25 after the conclusion of the examination.

Since your DOB is 27th February 2004 , you will be eligible to take the exam until February 2028 . This gives you attempts in CDS exams until 2027 ( the exam happens twice a year) . After you turn 24, you won't be eligible for IMA through CDS.
