CTET December Result 2018 - Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the result of CTET 2018 for December session in the January 4, 2019. The examination authority has released CTET December result 2018 in online mode. The result of CTET December session is declared for both the papers - the paper I and II. Candidates can check their CTET December result 2018 by using their login credentials. The result of CTET December session contains candidates’ name, roll number, total marks and subject wise marks secured in the exam.
Latest: The CTET application form 2020 will be released on January 24, 2020. CTET application fee increased from Rs. 750 to Rs. 1000.

All those candidates who qualify CTET 2018 will be eligible to apply as teachers across the schools under central government, UTs, private schools, schools owned and managed by the state government/local bodies. CTET eligibility certificate will be issued to the qualified candidates which will be valid for seven years from the date of CTET result 2018 announcement.

CTET December Result 2018 - Qualifying Marks

The exam conducting authority determines the minimum qualifying marks of CTET exam as per the category of the candidate's Candidates must obtain the minimum qualifying marks in order to pass the exam. The general category candidates must score 60% marks out of 150 marks in order to qualify the exam. However, candidates belonging to the reserved category are provided relaxation in the qualifying marks.

What is the validity period of CTET certificate?

Dear aspirant,

There are two criteria under which a CTET certificate is valid:

  • Candidates must score a minimum of 60% score.
  • The certificate is utmost valid for seven years from the date of declaration of examination.

P.S. : There is no restriction on a number of attempts and also CTET qualified person can appear to the exam for improving his/her score.

I made a mistake in ctet application form by choosing wrong exam city. How to change?

Dear Anchal,

Once the application form is submitted, no further changes are permissible unless authorized by the exam conducting authority i.e. CBSE. For complete clarification, candidates can refer to the Information Bulletin which will be released by CBSE January 24, 2020. This Information Bulletin will contain all the details of examination, languages, syllabus,  eligibility criteria, important dates, examination fee and examination cities etc. Candidates can fill the application form of CTET 2020 from January 24, 2020.


The fees have been submitted in Bank for CTET, but still showing Fee not received. What to do

Hello, if the amount is deducted from your account and confirmation page is not generated the you should contact the exam conducting authorities. However, if the amount is not deducted from your account then candidates can login again to pay fee of CTET application form 2020 .


How to correct error in my CTET application form?

CBSE provides correction window for CTET Application Form on its official website. Candidates are allowed to make corrections in some particular details like name, father and mother name, date of birth, category, differently abled category, Paper opted (i.e. Paper I or CTET - DECEMBER-2019 4 Paper II), Subject for Paper II, First choice of Centre, language I and/or II opted, Address of correspondence and the name of the Institution/College/University from where he/she has obtained his/her B.Ed Degree/Diploma in Elementary Education etc. Candidates also need to pay online correction fee in online mode. After this conducting authorities will release CTET admit card for all candidates who successfully filled the application form.
