About REET 2024

REET Exam 2024 - The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan will release the REET notification 2024 soon. The REET 2024 notification will be released on the official website. Along with the notification, the board will also release the REET application form 2024 in online mode. Eligible candidates who wish to appear for the REET exam 2024 will be able to fill out the application form in online mode. Candidates who had appeared in the REET exam earlier need not pay the application fees again.

In order to qualify the REET exam 2024, General candidates are required to score at least 60% marks whereas SC/ST candidates have to secure 36% marks. All the candidates who qualify the exam will be awarded an eligibility certificate and they will be able to apply in government schools or private schools of Rajasthan.

The notification of the REET exam is released by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan for all those candidates who aspire to become a teacher from class I to VIII. All the eligible candidates can apply for REET. The eligibility criteria of REET are different for both papers.  As per the notification, the exam is conducted for two papers - paper I (class I to V) and paper II (class VI to VIII) in offline mode for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

REET Paper 1 Eligibility Criteria

REET Paper I - Class I to V

  • Candidates must have a graduation degree or they are appearing in the final year of two years of Diploma in Elementary Education

  • Or, they must have secured 50% marks in Senior Secondary or its equivalent and also they must have passed/appearing  in the final year of two years of Diploma in Elementary Education

  • Or, candidates must have passed or appearing in final year of four years of Bachelor’s of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) and must have scored a minimum of 50% in Senior Secondary or its equivalent

  • Or, Or, they must have scored minimum of 45% marks in Senior Secondary or its equivalent and also they must have passed/appearing in the final year of two years of Diploma in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE

  • Or, they must have secured 50% marks in Senior Secondary or its equivalent and also they must have passed/appearing  in the final year of two years of Diploma in Education

  • Or, they must have secured 50% marks in Senior Secondary or its equivalent and also they must have passed/appearing in final year of four years of Bachelors in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)

  • Or, candidates must have completed their graduation and passed or appearing in final two years of Diploma in Elementary Education

  • Or, they should have passed graduation with 50% marks and one year of B.Ed. and passed or appearing in final year of two years of Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.)

BSER will release the REET application form 2024 in online mode. Candidates will be able to fill the REET 2024 application form on the official website. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of REET 2024 before filling the online application form in order to avoid rejection at any later stage. To fill the application form, candidates are required to enter their name, father’s name, mother’s name and then they have to pay the application fee of REET.

To proceed further, candidates had to wait until the verification of the application fees. Once the verification is completed, they can fill and submit the application form of REET. Before final submission, candidates would be given a provision to go through the whole application form in order to avoid any kind of mistakes. After final submission, they would not be able to change or make any corrections in their application form. Candidates must also take a printout of the REET application form for future reference.

The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan will release the REET 2024 admit card in online mode on the official website. All the candidates who have successfully submitted the REET application form can download the admit card of REET 2024. Also, information regarding the admit card might be sent to the registered email ID or contact number.

Candidates can download the admit card from the official website by entering their registration number and date of birth. The admit card of REET contains details like name, date of birth, category, date and time of exam and address of the exam centre.

REET 2024 Answer Key

BSER will release the REET answer key 2024 in online mode on the official website. The answer key of REET 2024 will be released by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan in the form of a pdf. With the help of the REET answer key 2024, candidates can check their correct answers marked against the questions asked in the exam.

They can also calculate their probable scores. Initially, a provisional REET 2024 answer key is released whereas the final answer key will be released only after the examination authorities have evaluated the challenged answer key.

The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan will declare the REET result 2024 in the online mode for both the papers (papers I and II). Candidates will be able to check their REET 2024 result on the official website by entering their registration number/roll number and date of birth and password. All the candidates who will qualify REET will be awarded an eligibility certificate which will be valid for a lifetime.

In order to qualify the exam, candidates have to score the minimum qualifying marks as decided by the exam conducting body. For D.EL.ED course age limits vary from one state from another state board. however the minimum age for this course is 18 years and maximum age limit is 35 and the candidate should have passed 12th with any stream/graduation/post graduation from a recognized institution with at least 50% secured marks.

Yes, it is possible . As per your question, Graduation must me completed or you must be in final year diploma of elementary education. This is the eligibility criteria for REET exam. 50% marks is needed. This year the application last date has got over. The Board recruits teachers every year.
