RBI Officer Grade B Application Form 2019 - Reserve Bank of India will release the application form of RBI Officer Grade B 2019 in August. Candidates can fill and submit the RBI Officer Grade B application form till September 4 in online mode. Before filling RBI Officer Grade B 2019 application form, candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria of the exam. The application fees for RBI Officer Grade B 2019 exam is Rs. 600 for General and other categories and Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PWD candidates. RBI conducts RBI Officer Grade B for around 166 vacancies. To be eligible for RBI Grade B Officer 2019, candidates should be between 21 and 30 years and have passed their graduation/postgraduate/Mphil as per the applied post. All applicants should have the required documents before they fill the online application form of RBI Officer Grade B. The documents required to apply online are given below.
Valid email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of results
Scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications
Credit/debit/net banking details for online payment

Step 1: Online registration and filling up basic details
Click on the link, ‘RBI Officer Grade B application form released’, that will be provided on this page as soon as it will be released by the bank
The link will be redirected to a new page and candidates have to select ‘Click Here for new registration’ to register online.
For registration, candidates will have to enter basic details such as name, category, date of birth, email ID, contact number and academic details among others
A provisional user ID and password will be generated and displayed on the screen. Applicants should note down the registration id and password must be noted down as it will be required to fill the remaining part of RBI Officer Grade B application form.
Step 2: Upload scanned Photograph and Signature
The second step of RBI Officer Grade B application form is to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in the online application form.
The images should be as per the required dimensions and size/format.
Candidates should ensure that both the images are as per the prescribed format and uploaded successfully in the application form of RBI Officer Grade B
Guidelines for scanning of photograph and signature
Applicants should upload their recent passport size photograph, clicked against a light-colored, (preferably white) background
If the picture is taken on a sunny day, the sun should be behind the applicant, or he/she should get clicked in the shade, so that they are not squinting and there are no harsh shadows
If flash has to be used while clicking the pictures, ensure there is no ‘red-eye’
If the applicants wears glasses he/she should ensure that there is no reflection and his/her eyes are clearly visible
Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious head wear is allowed but it must not cover the face of applicant
Applicants should sign with a black pen on a white paper (in a box of 2 cm X 5 cm.)
The signature must be done by the applicant and not by any other person
The applicant’s signature obtained on the admission letter and attendance sheet at the time of the examination should match with the uploaded signature. In case of a mismatch the candidate may be disqualified
Step 3: Filling up educational information and other details
Applicants will have to enter the details of educational qualifications (graduation, high school.,etc), domicile, category, nationality, state, details if appeared earlier in RBI Officer Grade B or not in third part of RBI Officer Grade B application form.
Step 4: Preview of the application form
Once the candidates have entered all the information as asked in the application form of RBI Officer Grade B, they should preview the details filled by them in the application form
Before submission of their applications, applicants should use the ‘Save and Next’ facility to save and verify all the details entered by them during the registration of RBI Officer Grade B
Applicants should check and correct mistakes if any in the RBI Officer Grade B 2019 application form
Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application as no change in the filled application form will be entertained by final submission
Visually Impaired applicants should be extra cautious while filling the application form and should get all the details verified by some trustworthy to ensure that the same are correct prior to final submission
Details like name of the candidates, parent’s name should be entered as mentioned in the matriculation/birth certificate. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature
Validate your details and have your application by clicking the ‘Validate your Details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button
Modify details, if required, and click on ‘Final Submit’ only after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct
Step 5: RBI Officer Grade B application Payment of application fees
Upon successful submission of the RBI Officer Grade B application form, candidates will be redirected to a new page for payment of application fees
Pay the requisite fee/intimation charges through the online mode only
The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), credit cards, Internet banking, IMPS, cash cards/ mobile wallets.
After submitting your payment information in the online application form, candidates will have to wait for the intimation from the server. Do not press back or refresh button in order to avoid double charge
On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated

Applicants will have to take a print out of the payment receipt and the application form. If the print our cannot be generated, the online transaction may not have been successful
The charges of application fees would be listed in Indian Rupee. For international applicants bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates
To ensure safety and security of your data, candidates are requested to close the browser window after the transaction is completed
In case of invalid applications due to errors committed by the applicant no claims for refund of application fees/intimation charges so collected shall be entertained by the Board
To avoid last minute rush, candidates are advised to pay the application fees/ intimation charges and register online at the earliest.
