The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will conduct the DMRC Executive and Non-executive exam. The exam dates of DMRC Executive and Non-executive will vary for different posts. The DMRC Executive and Non-executive eligibility criteria are different for each post. However, proof of passing the qualifying examination should be furnished on or before the declaration of result of CBT for Non-executive posts/ GD or Interview for Executive posts. The DMRC Executive and Non-executive online exam consists of two papers. Paper 1 contains 120 MCQs regarding General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and/ knowledge of the discipline/trade. Paper 2 consists of 60 objective questions on General English. There will be negative marking for incorrect responses. Candidates will be called for medical examination/ GD and interview after being assessed on their CBT scores and category.
The DMRC Executive and Non-executive eligibility criteria vary for different posts. Candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the post of their choice. The DMRC Executive and Non-executive eligibility state the minimum qualification required for applying for the posts offered by DMRC. The DMRC Executive and Non-executive application form will be available online. No offline application forms will be accepted by the DMRC. Candidates are not required to send hard copies of the important documents that they are asked to upload while filling the online DMRC Executive and Non-executive application form. Candidates will have to provide their personal and educational details in the DMRC Executive and Non-executive application form. They will also be required to upload scanned copies of their recent, coloured, passport sized photo and signature; both should be less than 80 KB and in JPG/JPEG format. Soft copies of category certificate (if applicable), DOB proof and qualifying marks certificate/ last semester marksheet will be required as well; all the documents should be less than 1 MB in size and in JPG/ JPEG format. Payment of exam fee is the concluding step of the DMRC Executive and Non-executive registration process. After successful registration on the DMRC website, an application sequence number and password will be generated which they will receive via e-mail and text message.
The exam of DMRC Executive and Non-executive will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of two papers. Both the papers will be held on the same day in the same centre (Delhi or NCR). Paper 1 will test the candidates' General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude (General English for Maintainer-Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Fitter and Ref & AC Mechanic) and/ knowledge of the discipline/trade. Questions will be displayed in Hindi and English. Candidates will have to answer 120 MCQs in 1.5 hours. Paper 2 (Not for Maintainers post, viz., from RNE10 to RNE13) will contain 60 objective questions on General English. The paper will be of 45 minutes' duration. 1/3 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response in both the papers.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (DMRC) will release the admit card of DMRC exam in online mode. Candidates will be able to download the admit card of DMRC till the date of their respective examination. Candidates will be able to download the admit card of DMRC by using their login credentials. DMRC admit card 2019 will reflect the details of the candidates and examination. DMRC admit card must be downloaded by the candidates and brought to the exam centres on the day of examination along with one of the prescribed photo ID proofs.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (DMRC) will declare the result of DMRC separately for both the stages. Candidates can check their in online mode by entering the required credentials in the login window. DMRC result will likely to have details about the candidate's name, marks, roll number, qualifying status etc. THose who will qualify in both the stages will be eligible for the various executive and non-executive posts.
For DMRC Executive posts (postcodes RE01 to RE07 and CE01 to CE04), candidates will be selected after a three-stage process i.e., CBT (two papers), Group Discussion & Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination. For Non-Executive posts ( postcodes RNE01 to RNE09 & CNE01 to CNE05), the selection process will comprise of two stages i.e., CBT (two papers), followed by Medical Examination in prescribed medical standard & for Maintainers posts (RNE10 to RNE13), the selection of candidates will be based on CBT (One paper) and Medical Examination in prescribed medical standard.
