Union Public Service Commission has rescheduled the UPSC IFS exam date 2024. As per the revised UPSC IFS prelims exam date, the exam will be conducted on June 16, 2024. The commission provided the UPSC IFS 2024 application form correction window from March 7 to 13, 2024. The UPSC IFS application form 2024 was closed on March 6, 2024.

The commission released the UPSC ESE 2024 notification and application form on February 14, 2024. The UPSC IFS 2024 notification contains the total number of vacancies for the Indian Forest Service exam along with other relevant details. Applicants meeting the UPSC IFS 2024 eligibility criteria are eligible to fill out the application form at upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC IFS 2024 selection process has three stages - prelims, mains and personality test. Aspirants qualifying the UPSC IFS 2024 prelims exam will be eligible to appear for the IFS mains exam. Applicants qualifying for all stages of the IFS 2024 exam will be recruited as Indian Forest Service Group A officers.

The Union Public Service Commission IFS examination is held once every year for the recruitment of eligible and qualified applicants to the post of Group A officers in the Indian Forest Service across the country. IFS Application Form 2024
The UPSC IFS 2024 application form was released by the Commission on February 14, 2024 at upsc.gov.in. Applicants fulfilling the IFS eligibility criteria are eligible to fill the IFS 2024 form online. For successful submission of the UPSC IFS application form 2024 general and OBC applicants have to pay a fee of Rs 100 via the mode prescribed by the UPSC.

The UPSC IFS 2024 exam pattern is prescribed by the Union Public Service Commission in the official IFS notification 2024. The Farrukhabad district is further divided in to Tehsils / Blocks / Community Development Blocks (C.D.Blocks) for administrative purposes. So you can study any subject which will make you eligible for UPSC CSE. Now for being an IFS you need to score good in your UPSC CSE examination and for that you have to prepare well for the UPSC syllabus. So you can do graduation in any subject there are no restrictions about it. To be an IFS officer you need to study well for UPSC.

Hello student no it's not mandatory to have a graduate degree in Bsc ZBC.
As per eligibility criteria student should be graduate with one of the following subjects to be eligible - Chemistry, Botany, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Zoology and Statistics.
If you hold a bachelor degree in any one of the subjects mentioned above then you're eligible for UPSC IFS.
Age eligibility - Minimum 21
Maximum 32 (General category)
