Candidates for the posts of Officer Scale I, II, III and Officer Assistant are selected through the IBPS RRB exam. The IBPS RRB exam is conducted separately for posts of Officer Scale I, II, III and the post of Office assistant. All the written exams are conducted in online mode. The interview round for the posts of Officer Scale I, II, III will be held offline. There is no interview round for IBPS RRB Office Assistant.

The IBPS RRB Office Assistant selection process 2025 has two stages - prelims and mains. There is no interview conducted for the Office Assistant post. The IBPS RRB 2025 selection procedure for Officer Scale I has three phases - prelims, mains and interview. 1. You must have a graduate degree and meet the age limit as per the post.
2. IBPS releases notifications on www.ibps.in (http://www.ibps.in) around June-July every year. Fill out the form before the deadline.
3. IBPS RRB selection has Prelims, Mains, and Interview (for Officer Scale I, II, III). Only Prelims and Mains for Clerk (Office Assistant).
4. For officer posts, you need to clear the interview round after the mains exam.
5. IBPS will release a merit list, and if you qualify, you will get a job in an RRB .
