The reasoning section of IBPS RRB 2020 Prelims exam comprises of total 40 questions carrying 1 mark each. The total duration of the prelims exam is 45 minutes. Candidates are advised to give 20 minutes to the Reasoning section to finish their exam in time. Also, there is a provision of negative marking in the exam and ¼ mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. In reasoning section 20-22 and and in the quantitative section a score of 15-20 can be considered to be the cutoff bringing the overall cutoff score to be 65-70 out of 80.The 2019 cutoff for RRB clerk prelims in Tamilnadu was 68.

If your query is regarding IBPS RRB recruitment the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) & Officers Scale 1 post. For Officer Scale 2 post and officer scale 3 a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 50% from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing in qualifying exam are not eligible here. You may have to appear next year if you want to appear in IBPS RRB.
