I have qualified UGC NET in the year 2019 under EWS category. I got EWS certificate from Kerala Government. But I am married off in the year 2020 and at present I dont belong to EWS category. Is my NET valid??
Mostly this situation is not going to cause you problem. If you have produced valid documents during the time when you wrote the exam ,it means that you have written the exam as an EWS candidate and you are a NET qualified candidate for lifetime as long as the documents and details you submitted at the time of your exam are genuine. Moreover, if you have scored above the clearing score of unreserved (gen) category then you sure have nothing to worry. However, to be a 100 percent sure about this issue I suggest you to contact the UGC officials by either phone or emailing them at www.ugcnet.nta.nic.in (https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/) or email@example.com
